Vista Cay Resort Orlando delivers the comfort of a vacation home with the convenience of a central Orlando location. Set within a gated community just off Universal Boulevard, this resort-style property places guests minutes from Universal Orlando Resort, SeaWorld, International Drive, and the Orange County Convention Center.

Vacation rentals at Vista Cay include well-appointed condos and townhomes with multiple bedrooms, making them ideal for families, groups, and extended stays. Each residence features full kitchens, separate living and dining areas, an in-unit washer and dryer, and private balconies or patios that provide space to relax after a day of theme park adventures.

The resort features multiple outdoor swimming pools, hot tubs, and a clubhouse with a fitness center, creating an atmosphere that blends relaxation with recreation. Walking paths, playgrounds, and barbecue areas encourage guests to enjoy time outdoors, while the secure, gated setting adds peace of mind throughout the stay.

One of Vista Cay’s standout advantages is its walkable access to everyday conveniences. Grocery stores, casual dining, and coffee shops are located nearby, allowing guests to easily stock their kitchens or grab a quick meal without driving.     Maximum Occupancy:
  • For all 2 bedroom units Maximum occupancy is 4 People.
  • For all 3 bedroom units, Maximum occupancy is 6 people.
  • If the Company discovers that unit occupancy is exceeded, the Company reserves the right to terminate Guest's use of the Property and the Unit.
  • No Smoking is permitted in any Unit or in any place other than designated smoking areas on the Property. Violations of this policy shall result in immediate termination of the Guest's right to use the Unit and a cleaning damage fee of $500.00 for marijuana smoke and $250.00 for any other types of smoke to the Guest's credit card on file.
  • Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy. Only Guests whose names are on the reservation are authorized to stay in the home. Any guest having events or group gatherings in the home or exceeding the numbers of authorized guests will be immediately evicted without a refund.
    Trash Policy: Trash and any used food items must be disposed of properly before check out. If there is excessive trash that is left in the unit or beyond the capacity of the trash bench outside the Unit, depending on the severity, there will be a penalty fee of $50.00 to $150.00 for excessive trash charged to the Guest’s credit card on file.
    Check out policy: Check out time is by 10:00 am. Late check-out requests must be approved by the Front Desk. Any unauthorized late check-out is subject to a $150.00 penalty.
    Packages: The Company will accept deliveries and packages up to 50 pounds. Any packages larger than 50 pounds will be refused. Accepting and holding packages carry a mandatory charge of $1.00 per pound. All Deliveries can be done via Private Carriers such as Federal Express and UPS, as well as USPS.
    Fees: Resort fee of $14.99 per night, per room, plus taxes ($16.94) and a one-time Departure Cleaning fee of $150 plus tax ($169.50) is due directly to the hotel at check-in. Fees are subject to change and applicable taxes.
    Pet Policy: Up to 2 dogs under 35 lbs are allowed in a unit and the resort must be advised before checking in. No other types of pets are allowed. Pet fees are $25 per pet per day plus taxes, up to a maximum of $150 per pet, $300 for 2. Any unauthorized pet is subject to a $150 penalty plus pet fees. Any damage caused by said canine will be the responsibility of the guest of registration and will be charged to the credit card on file.

At Vista Cay by Millenium furry friends are allowed. These pups need to be well behaved while on vacation. They must fall under these strict Pet Policy guidelines: Up to 2 dogs under 35 pounds are allowed in a Unit and Company must be advised before check-in. No other types of pets are allowed. Pet fees: $25.00 per pet per day plus tax, up to a maximum of $150.00 per pet, $300.00 for two. Any unauthorized pet is subject to a $150.00 penalty, plus pet fees. Any damage caused by said canine will be the responsibility of the guest of registration and will be charged to the credit card on file.

Are cribs available?

The company offers pack'n plays and high chairs for rent at $10 per day per item plus taxes, subject to availability. You can contact the reservations or front desk to add the item to your reservation, preferably before the arrival date. Unfortunately, the company does not offer baby gates or rollaway.

Do the units have kitchens?

Suites and townhomes have full-size, FULLY EQUIPPED, gourmet kitchens with glass top stoves, built-in microwaves, convection ovens, and dishwashers. Kitchens also provide all utensils and pots and pans as well as small appliances such as coffee makers, toasters, and blenders.

Is there high-speed internet access at Vista Cay by Millenium and what is the daily cost?

Vista Cay Resort by Millenium offers its guests WiFi high-speed Internet access in all of the accommodations and it is included with the nightly resort fee.

The resort's preferred transportation company is Mears Transportation. The resort does not offer free transportation. You may arrange transportation services with the Concierge Desk upon arrival or during your stay. Fees apply.
